Park Square Homes

In 1983, Braham R. Aggarwal came to Orlando and met with Anil Deshpande. The two gentlemen saw a growing demand for quality housing in the Central Florida area. Out of their vision, Park Square Homes was born in 1984. Over the past quarter of a century, Park Square Homes has developed and/or built thousands of homes, home sites and master planned communities and continues to have a significant presence in the development and homebuilding industry.

The Orlando Business Journal consistently ranks the company as one of the largest privately-held builders in Central Florida. Nationally, the company ranked in the top 100 among other builders by Builder magazine.

Currently, Mr. Aggarwal serves as Chairman of Park Square Homes. Born in Mombasa, Kenya in 1935, he earned a degree in accounting and worked for a British company as a chief accountant after immigrating to the United Kingdom in 1975. Today, he is involved in many philanthropic organizations both in the United States and India. His community service has included peace missions to India and Pakistan, and he has served on the Board of Directors for the Hindu University, the Indian American Chamber of Commerce and the Community Foundation of Central Florida.

It is the education of children that Mr. Aggarwal is most passionate about. He has donated over a million dollars to the Ekal Vidyalaya Foundation, an organization that operates 27,000 schools in tribal villages throughout India. He also founded the Vivek Welfare and Education Foundation which provides underprivileged children the opportunity for education.

We celebrate our client, Braham Aggarwal and Park Square Homes.
