- Over 15 years experience in general civil litigation, administrative law and appellate practice.
- Over 10 years experience in litigation related to real estate, zoning and land use approvals and property rights litigation including zoning appeals, comprehensive plan amendments, DRI development orders, and regulatory permits before regulatory agencies, circuit court, appellate court and the Division of Administrative Hearings.
- In addition to working over two years as a judicial aide in the Second District Court of Appeal preparing analyses of appeals for the judges, researching and writing opinions, and presenting motions to the panels of judges, has successfully defended or obtained reversal of circuit court decisions, city council decisions, county commission decisions and other local government boards in over 25 cases.
