Representative Client Experience
- 20+ years combined experience in environmental law, environmental and safety management, and regulatory compliance, both in the public and private sectors.
- Licensed to practice law in Florida, Oregon and Washington. Focus of practice has and continues to be in the areas of environmental and land use law.
- Former adjunct professor, teaching course work in environmental regulation and compliance at Valencia Community College, Orlando.
- Instrumental in assisting clients in siting coal fired and hydro-electric power plants, negotiating favorable and less costly permit conditions with various agencies, and resolving redevelopment challenges effecting environmentally challenged properties.
