Representative Client Experience

Jacqueline (Jackie) Bozzuto, has more than 16 years of experience as a real estate attorney, and has been a partner with the firm since 2001. Jackie’s practice is concentrated in commercial leasing, real estate acquisitions and development and finance, with emphasis on development and implementation of regional and national acquisitions programs for clients. She has assisted clients with the development of concept specific forms for all aspects of purchases and leasing and provided training to in-house real estate teams on use of the forms to help more efficiently implement acquisitions either by purchase or lease. Since 1992 Jackie has assisted with more than 800 individual sites for client utilizing acquisition programs. Jackie and her team have handled all aspects of transactions including negotiations, due diligence, title, survey, environmental issues, site plan and permitting, alcoholic beverage licensing and any other matters that come up in the transactions. She has also handled multi-site acquisitions for several large clients. Jackie is licensed to practice in the State of Florida and is a Member of The Florida Bar and the American Bar Association. Jackie is the Vice President of Community Affairs of the Central Florida Chapter of the Florida Restaurant & Lodging Association and has served in various positions on the board since 1996.
