Anna Long
Of Counsel
Anna Long has a broad background in environmental law, land use and zoning, and administrative law. Anna has assisted numerous developers, property owners and lenders in resolving environmental permitting and compliance issues amongst various environmental regulatory authorities at the local, State and Federal levels. In addition, Anna, who has over 25 years of experience, has also assisted clients in resolving environmental concerns associated with complex real estate transactions. She has served as a regular speaker at various “building green” seminars, as well as the Florida Chamber's Environmental Summer Permitting School and the Florida Bar's Environment, Land Use and Local Government Section's Annual Conference.
Prior to joining the firm, Anna served as the environmental manager for Orange County's Environmental Protection Division, Director of Environmental and Safety Compliance in the semi-conductor industry, and as an environmental consultant and environmental manager for a major private electric utility company.
