Brandon K. Hueber
Associate
Brandon K. Hueber is an associate in the firm's Real Estate Transactions, Development and Finance, Commercial Leasing, and Environmental Law practices. He focuses his real estate practice on multi-site, multi-jurisdictional real estate acquisitions, dispositions, leasing and financing and large, multi-site and multi-state real estate transactions. Brandon also represents commercial landlords and tenants, borrowers and lenders, including Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs), in connection with the purchase of income producing properties, sale of properties by taxable REIT subsidiaries and restructuring of credit facilities.
Prior to attending law school, Brandon worked in the Office of the General Counsel for the United States Department of Defense at the Pentagon in Washington, D.C. While there, he participated in the representation of the Department during numerous congressional investigations, including those brought by the House and Senate Armed Services Committees, the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence and the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence. Brandon has also served as an Advance Representative for the President and First Lady of the United States and the Secretary of Defense.
