Eddie Francis is a partner in the firm's Real Estate practice, focusing on real estate transactions, development and finance, land use and zoning, commercial leasing, and representing clients before local government. Eddie has extensive experience representing developers in all aspects - acquisition, due diligence, entitlements and zoning approvals, master planning and development, and finance - of large office, retail, residential, hotel, and mixed-use projects. He also represents clients in the areas of sweepstakes, contests and promotions compliance, cell tower leasing and zoning, and multi-state/portfolio real estate transactions.
