Partner
Jill Harmon is a partner in the Real Estate, Transactions, Development and Finance and Public Finance practice, concentrating on commercial leasing, financing, acquisition, development and disposition of commercial real estate and commercial loan workouts and restructurings. She represents national lending institutions in connection with commercial loan transactions, workouts, and loan restructurings and a national real estate investment trust in the acquisition and financing of ski resorts, golf courses, marinas, and other resort properties. Jill is well versed in the negotiation of purchase and sale agreements, the identification and resolution of title matters, the performance of all aspects of real estate due diligence, negotiating conveyance and financing documents, and finalizing the closing of complex transactions.
