Quino is a partner in the Real Estate Transactions, Development and Finance practice focusing on commercial leasing, financing, acquisition, development and disposition of commercial real estate and commercial loan workouts and restructuring. He began his career in Atlanta, Georgia in 1998 where he represented community associations and developers of mixed-use centers, traditional neighborhoods and resort communities. Since joining Lowndes, Drosdick, Doster, Kantor & Reed in 2004, Quino has represented national lending institutions in connection with commercial loan transactions, workouts and loan restructuring and several of the nation's largest real estate investment trusts, including a publicly traded multi-billion dollar national real estate investment company. He has represented clients in the acquisition, financing, development and disposition of retail centers, hotels, golf courses and other resort related developments, office buildings, restaurants, retirement communities, shopping centers and vacant land totaling approximately half a billion dollars.
