Partner Jon Yergler focuses his practice on real estate transactions, development and finance, hotel and resort development, and commercial leasing. Jon has a wealth of experience in Section 1031 Exchange transactions, and in title insurance issuance. He represents buyers, sellers, lenders, borrowers, developers, landlords and tenants in sophisticated commercial real estate transactions involving office buildings, industrial/warehouse projects, hotels and resorts, shopping centers, apartment projects, golf courses, and build-to-suit retail properties, including automobile dealerships and restaurants. Jon also advises commercial real estate owners, and investors seeking strategies and solutions for troubled assets involving commercial mortgage-backed securities.
