Joe Lane is board certified in construction law by The Florida Bar, and he has practiced in the construction law field continuously since 1978. Joe practices a wide spectrum of construction law, including preparation of, or modification of standard forms for construction documents for commercial projects, including CM, CM at risk, stipulated sum, cost-plus/GMP, and subcontract documents for all types of commercial projects. Joe also practices in the area of construction defects, including representation of claimants and defendants in defect claims, including related property insurance claims, general liability insurance claims, and builder’s risk insurance claims. He also handles public bid and procurement protests. Joe is a member of the ABA Section on the Construction Industry and Tort Trial and Insurance Practice.  

Joe has also been involved in Cub Scout adult leadership and is now involved in Boy Scout adult leadership.
