Matthew G. Brenner
Partner
Matt Brenner is a partner whose litigation practice is devoted to real estate, banking and business issues. He often focuses on disputes involving property boundaries, access issues, easements, quieting title, the Uniform Commercial Code, commercial leases, and real estate and business contracts. Matt regularly represents developers, title insurance companies, national and state banks, and owners and managers of shopping centers, malls and office complexes. He has appeared before trial and appellate courts around the state. In addition, Matt is a certified mediator.
