Partner Pete Lopez focuses on real estate transactions, development and finance with an emphasis on hospitality and leisure assets. Having more than 19 years of legal experience,Pete routinely represents owners and developers of hospitality and leisure assets, including a non-listed publicly traded real estate investment trust. In recent years, Pete has represented clients in connection with the acquisition and/or disposition of various hospitality and leisure assets, including hotels and resorts, golf courses, theme parks, water parks, marinas, and ski resorts for an aggregate purchase price exceeding $1.6 billion. In addition, he has represented owners of hospitality and leisure assets in connection with secured financings and re-financings in an aggregate amount exceeding $3.5 billion.
