Susanne “cut her teeth” in consumer products and B2B marketing, shifting to law firm marketing in its infancy. During the first 15 years of her legal industry experience, Susanne served as the head of marketing for large, multi-office firms and quickly earned a reputation for innovative, strategic initiatives. A dozen years later she launched her own consulting firm and simultaneously joined MarketForce, a division of Hildebrandt International, as an adjunct consultant, working with firms and budgets of all sizes on the strategic planning and implementation of business development and marketing activities. After relocating to Florida, Susanne returned to the corporate and not-for-profit arenas for several years. Today, she is delighted to be back in law firm marketing, particularly with the Lowndes firm.

Often considered a pioneer in legal marketing, Susanne has a long history with the Legal Marketing Association (LMA). She co-founded its Metropolitan New York chapter and served as chapter Treasurer and President. She led the “Boot Camp” training program for a number of years at LMA’s annual conference and, in 1997, co-chaired the annual conference that was held in New York City. A frequent writer, speaker and quoted source on law firm marketing and business development topics – and even featured once in The New York Times, Susanne is currently an active member of LMA’s Annual Conference Advisory Committee.
