Among many of his clients, Tim represents a publicly traded multi-billion dollar national real estate investment company in connection with its commercial real estate transactions, including acquisition, development, financing, disposition and leasing of commercial properties. Other representative work includes a national real estate development company in connection with its acquisition, development, and leasing of its office, medical, and retail properties, a regional mining and manufacturing company in connection with its business operations, and a national lending institution in connection with its commercial lending practices and distressed asset matters. He also represents various regional businesses in connection with their corporate and real estate matters.
