Ryan P. Scordato

A seasoned, business-focused attorney, Ryan Scordato is intimately familiar with the local marketplace and the construction industry.

Ryan assists owners, developers, contractors, design professionals and subcontractors with a variety of construction issues including breach of contract, delay, latent defects, water intrusion and mold, differing site conditions, indemnity and warranty. He also counsels clients on issues related to construction claims of lien and surety bond claims.

Additionally, Ryan regularly counsels clients in the areas of commercial litigation and business law.
