Aaron Gorovitz Focused on Real Estate Market During Developers Update SMPS Panel
ORLANDO, FL – Lowndes, Drosdick, Doster, Kantor & Reed P.A. Real Estate Partner Aaron Gorovitz recently took part in the Developer's Update: "Are We Turning The Corner" panel, which was hosted by the Society for Marketing Professional Services(SMPS)Central Florida Chapter. Mr. Gorovitz was joined by John Crossman, Adam Mckinnon, Skipper Peek and Dr. Randy Anderson. The panelists provided an overview of the real estate industry during the economic downturn and gave insight about what to expect in 2011 and beyond. Specifically, Mr. Gorovitz spoke about working closely with real estate investment funds who are looking to invest more than $1 billion in real estate. He stated that investors are now purchasing high profile ‘A’ type properties with increasing frequency.
