Orlando, FL – Lowndes, Drosdick, Doster, Kantor & Reed is pleased to announce that Ioana Good has been appointed to the Professional Advocacy Working Group for the Legal Marketing Association International and the Southeast Region Advocacy Chair simultaneously. The Advocacy Groups advocate for thousands of professionals who work in the business development, marketing, technology, client relationship management, and other key firm strategy roles in the legal field – critical components of a law firms’ success. Additionally, the groups promote positive change in the legal industry and the many forces that are rapidly changing in the business of law. Good developed the law school outreach program and lead the R&D arm for the southeast. She also served as president of the Legal Marketing Association Southeast Region, covering nine states.
As the firm’s senior business development and communications manager, Good works closely with attorneys to help develop and maintain existing relationships and grow new relationships with clients through business development training, market research, proposals, presentations, articles, events, seminars and more. As a former journalist, Good understands tight deadlines and is adept at making timely, informed decisions on how to best communicate to diverse audiences under strict deadlines. She has placed attorneys in top news outlets including The American Lawyer, The Wall Street Journal, Associated Press, Chicago Tribune, Fox News, NBC, The Florida Trend, The Federal Lawyer, Law360, The Florida Bar Journal, Yahoo News, Legal Intelligencer, and more. She is a published author and teaches new media at Rollins College. Good has an undergraduate degree from Northeastern University and a master’s degree from Rollins College.
