Lowndes is proud to announce that litigation attorney Jennifer R. Dixon was recently appointed to the board of directors of Central Florida Community Arts (CFCArts), a non-profit organization that provides a cultural platform for individuals to join an artistic family, perform for audiences across the socioeconomic spectrum, and use their talents to serve the community.
A shareholder in the firm’s Litigation & Trial Practice Group and board certified in Appellate Law by the Florida Bar, Dixon handles civil, family law, and probate appeals on behalf of litigants and amicus curiae. She has successfully defended judgments and obtained reversals in both state and federal appellate courts. She also handles administrative appeals of state agency decisions before the Florida Division of Administrative Hearings.
In addition to her specialized appellate work, Dixon is an experienced and versatile civil litigator and a Florida Supreme Court-certified civil and appellate mediator. Whether in the courtroom or at the settlement table, Dixon is a zealous advocate who works tirelessly on behalf of her clients, who represent a wide variety of industries, including real estate, retail, hospitality, construction, themed entertainment, healthcare and outdoor advertising.
