Lowndes is advising Orlando-based Green Slate Land & Development (GSL) on the development of a 30-acre mixed-use project on Narcoossee Road in St. Cloud, Fla.
Located about a half mile north of U.S. 192, the build-to-suit project, which is proposed to include 320 apartments, 104 townhomes and 25,000 square feet of neighborhood commercial uses, requires a land zoning change from Agricultural to Commercial Planned Unit Development.
Lowndes attorney Rebecca Wilson, who chairs the firm’s Land Use, Zoning and Environmental Group, is representing GSL during the approval process.
