Lowndes is pleased to announce that Jack Demetree II has joined the firm as an Of Counsel attorney in the firm’s Real Estate Department. He will be based out of the firm’s Orlando office.

Demetree focuses his legal practice on advising real estate developers, owners and operators on the acquisition, disposition, leasing, financing, title issues, and land development of their projects. He represents both local and national clients on a wide range of development projects, including retail, hotels, condominiums, single-family, multi-family, and mixed-use developments.
A third-generation commercial real estate professional, Demetree leverages his deep understanding of the industry as he works closely with clients to transform their intentions into reality. He has extensive experience handling acquisitions, leasing agreements, land use and zoning issues, construction agreements, and other commercial transactions, ranging from standard contracts to complex, multi-million dollar transactions.
Demetree earned his master of laws in real estate development from the University of Miami School of Law and his juris doctor from St. Thomas University School of Law. He received his undergraduate degree in psychology from the University of Central Florida.
