Michael Provenzale a Speaker for Florida Bar Webcast on Uniform Commercial Real Estate Receivership Act

Lowndes attorney Michael Provenzale will be a speaker for "The Real World of the Commercial Real Estate Receivership Act" audio webcast presented by The Real Property Probate and Trust Law Section of The Florida Bar on May 11, 2022. Topics covered during the one (1) CLE session will focus on how to apply UCRERA ,what significant issues have arisen since it was enacted, and how the new law affects the appointment of receivers in light of prior common law principles.
