Rebecca Wilson Honored by Connect CRE's 2022 Lawyers in Real Estate Awards

Lowndes is pleased to announced that Rebecca Wilson, shareholder and chair of the firm's Land Use, Zoning & Environmental Group, has been honored by Connect Commercial Real Estate (Connect CRE)'s 2022 Lawyers in Real Estate Awards.

Wilson was recognized for her representation of property owners, developers, lenders and other development participants with issues related to zoning, comprehensive plans, concurrency, administrative law, Developments of Regional Impact (DRI’s), procurement issues, due diligence and property rights. She works with clients who develop high-rise, hotels, planned communities, large “power-centers,” mixed-use projects, office buildings and big box commercial projects, historic districts, multifamily developments, senior living and affordable housing.

In its third year, the annual Lawyers in Real Estate Awards spotlights 110 attorneys from around the U.S. representing a variety of disciplines, including 10 attorneys nationally and 10 from each of the 10 areas covered by Connect CRE's newsletters.
