Governor Ron DeSantis has extended Executive Order 20-69, which permits local governments to conduct meetings remotely by utilizing “communications media technology, such as telephonic and video conferencing.” Executive Order 20-69, which was issued in March and would have expired at the end of June, will now expire on August 1, 2020, at 12:01 a.m., unless extended by a subsequent Executive Order.
