Lowndes provided zoning and land use services to Deerfield Investments for the development of a 15-story mixed-user tower at the corner of Central Boulevard and Division Avenue. Situated between the Orlando Magic Sports & Entertainment District and Creative Village, the $60 million-plus tower, named DVX Central, will include 188 apartments with a rooftop pool deck, 348 parking spaces, 14,450 square feet of retail and 67,000 square feet of office space.

Construction of the building is expected to begin in the second quarter of 2020, with completion scheduled for early 2022.

Lowndes attorney Rebecca Wilson, who chairs the firm’s Land Use, Zoning and Environmental Group, represented Deerfield Investments during the approval process.
