Orlando, FL – Surrounded by family, Rebecca H. Forest, 60, died on June 29th after losing her battle with cancer.
Forest was a corporate and securities lawyer at Orlando based Lowndes, Drosdick, Doster, Kantor, & Reed, P.A. for more than a decade. In her Of Counsel role, she structured financing transactions in compliance with federal and state security laws, and represented both public and private companies in mergers, acquisitions, capital raising, and corporate governance matters. In addition to her busy legal practice, Forest served on the Board of Directors of the Children’s Home Society of Central Florida and was a volunteer advisor on the UCF Small Business Advisory Board Council.
Forest leaves behind her husband, Tom, and their four sons Sam, 24, Paul, 23, Stephen, 22, and Sean, 19.
