This role secures revenue by verifying and posting receipts; resolving discrepancies and other Ad Hoc projects as needed. The role requires ability to: manage and prioritize multiple time sensitive projects; maintain confidentiality of accounting information; extract data and create reports from financial and accounting records; organize work to meet deadlines and work independently. The ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing; perform a variety of detailed accounting and bookkeeping duties producing an error free work product; prepare financial analysis/schedules as required in order to research and solve complex transactions; serve other departments within the Firm are essential.
Candidates should have at least two to five years of experience in an accounting role. Previous work experience in a law firm or professional service organization is preferred.
