You know the drill – review our NALP pages, compare law firms and locations, talk up your interests to your friends around campus. Our differences lie in how we engage with our law students, both professionally and socially.
Like many firms, we primarily recruit associates through our summer program, providing frequent social opportunities along with a cross-section of work projects. Given the size of our firm, our summer program is naturally small which, along with our client/industry/practice team rotation system, gives law students the opportunity to see first-hand what it’s really like to be a young associate at Lowndes.
As a new associate, both partners and associates made me feel part of the firm right away. I have learned so much from the members of my team. The firm also encouraged my participation in community organizations, and has supported me every step of the way. It is great to work with so many people who are genuinely happy to see you – and help you – succeed!”
