2024 Visionaries of Central Florida
On September 19, Lowndes Shareholder Tara Tedrow will join other young professionals in commercial real estate and community development at the Urban Land Institute of Central Florida's annual Visionaries of Central Florida program at Dubsdread.
The program consists of speed networking roundtable discussions with some of Central Florida’s most influential leaders. Attendees will obtain valuable advice and learn about the field of expertise of each Visionary and how their vision has been developed and influenced by changes throughout their careers and our communities.
Tedrow regularly provides strategic counsel to clients seeking entitlements for a variety of projects, including commercial, retail, residential, industrial, office, and mixed-use developments across the state of Florida. She collaborates with local governments and regulatory bodies to navigate the complexities of master-planned communities, environmental compliance, zoning, comprehensive plans, concurrency, site plan approval, variance requests, and property rights.
