According to a recent survey conducted by the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), only 60% of workers plan to get the COVD-19 vaccine, with another 30% indicating they won’t get the vaccine, even if it means losing their jobs. Other employees are refusing to participate in or otherwise objecting to continued COVID-19 testing protocols while demanding that they be permitted to simply return to the office or work remotely permanently.
