Volusia County to Hold Special Meeting on Potential Development Moratorium

The Volusia County Council will convene on Tuesday, January 14, 2025, to discuss a potential development moratorium to address flooding issues in the County. The meeting will begin at 4 p.m. in the County Council Chambers at the Thomas C. Kelly Administration Center, 123 W. Indiana Ave., DeLand, FL.

Members of the public are invited to attend the meeting in person and provide their comments. Alternatively, members of the public can submit their comments via email to publicparticipation@volusia.org by 4 p.m. today, Monday, January 13, 2025.

The meeting will also be livestreamed at www.volusia.org and on the County’s YouTube channel.
