Lowndes

Lowndes is pleased to welcome Shayla Johnson Mount, a Florida Bar Certified Expert in Condominium and Planned Development Law – a title held by less than 0.2% of Florida attorneys. Mount has joined the firm as Of Counsel and will be based out of the firm’s Orlando office.

"We are thrilled to welcome Shayla to our firm," said John Ruffier, Chair of the Real Estate Department. "As one of the few Florida Bar Board Certified Experts in Condominium and Planned Development Law, Shayla’s vast knowledge in real property and community association law strengthens our team and reinforces our dedication to outstanding client service.”

Mount leverages her specialized and deep knowledge of real property law, community association law, contracts, covenant enforcement, and corporate governance to develop practical solutions for the unique legal issues that community associations and property owners face.

“As an Orlando native and zealous community advocate, I am excited to join the Lowndes family," said Mount. "I look forward to contributing my passion for real estate and community association law to the firm’s established and reputable practice.”

Prior to joining Lowndes, Mount was an attorney at Arias Bosinger, a full-service real estate law firm in Winter Park, Florida.
