Alex Dobrev Appointed Co-Chair of Florida Bar's RPPTL Condominium & Planned Development Committee
Lowndes is pleased to announce that Shareholder Alex Dobrev has been appointed Co-chair of the Condominium & Planned Development Committee of The Florida Bar’s Real Property, Probate & Trust Law Section.
The Condominium & Planned Development committee is focused on providing information and educating members of the section of recent developments in case law, governing statutes, the regulations of the Division of Florida Condominiums, timeshares and mobile homes.
Dobrev is the Chair of the Lowndes Multifamily & Condominium Group and the appointed Chair of the Meritas Real Estate Law Practice Group. In his legal practice, Dobrev focuses on working with investors, developers and lenders on commercial real estate projects. Dobrev also guides clients regarding Interstate Land Sales Full Disclosure Act (ILSA) compliance matters, including full and partial exemptions from the Act and overall offering structure.
