Andrew Gluck Named President of The Roth Family JCC of Greater Orlando

Lowndes is pleased to announce that attorney Andrew M. Gluck was elected president of The Roth Family Jewish Community Center of Greater Orlando. A member of the board of directors since 2014, Gluck most recently served as secretary and on the executive committee of the JCC for the past two years. His two-year term as president began June 1, 2021. 

“Having successfully navigated last year’s many challenges, we are now working on the return to normal operations with a renewed sense of mission and a revitalized approach to serving our members and the community at large,” said Gluck. “I am excited and honored for the opportunity to work with our JCC volunteers, staff and members in developing enhanced programing, services and partnerships that will help bring our community together and enhance the overall well-being.” 

As a shareholder in Lowndes’ Real Estate Department, Gluck focuses his legal practice on real estate transactions, development, finance and commercial leasing work in the retail industry, among others. He regularly provides technical and practical advice to clients in connection with the acquisition, sale and leasing of commercial real estate of all types, including vacant land, shopping centers, entertainment complexes, office buildings, restaurants, hotels, and other retail projects. He also assists clients in negotiating contracts for purchase and sale, performing due diligence, negotiating transfer documents and finalizing the closing of transactions. 

Gluck has worked on several notable projects, including the acquisition and leasing of a 178-site restaurant portfolio with a purchase price in excess of $245 million, the acquisition of a four-hotel portfolio with a purchase price in excess of $80 million and the acquisition and leasing of a 143-site retail portfolio with a purchase price of $240 million, just to name a few. 

An Ohio native,  Gluck has made his home in Orlando since 2007. He is married and resides with his wife and two children in Longwood.
