Lowndes is pleased to announce that Shareholder and Real Estate Department Chair Dan McIntosh has been appointed to the Central Florida Public Media Board of Trustees.

Central Florida Public Media, previously named WMFE, is a nonprofit, public media news organization based in Orlando, Fla., dedicated to delivering trustworthy, independent journalism to nine counties across Central Florida. Community owned and independently operated, Central Florida Public Media is primarily supported by generous individual donors, foundations and corporate sponsors

In his legal practice, McIntosh has guided some of the most recognizable Central Florida companies through multi-site, multi-jurisdictional real estate acquisitions, financings, and dispositions. He advises clients on acquisition, leasing and financing of real estate, title review and survey analysis, environmental issues and zoning, with attention to every detail of these transactions – from document preparation, review of title commitments, endorsements and coverages, surveys, closing statements, the closing process, and all the negotiating and documentation in between.
