Lowndes Advises The Bainbridge Companies on Disney-area Apartment Complex

Lowndes is providing land use counsel to The Bainbridge Companies, a Fla.-based luxury multifamily apartment community developer, on the development an apartment community near Walt Disney World in Orlando. Located on 16 acres of vacant land on International Drive, the complex, called Bainbridge World Center, will include five-story apartment buildings, a 10,000-square-foot clubhouse and a swimming pool.
Lowndes attorney Rebecca Wilson, who chairs the firm’s Land Use, Zoning and Environmental Group, is assisting The Bainbridge Companies during the land use approval process.
