Lowndes is pleased to announce that it advised ARGCO Northeast LLC on its acquisition by Core & Main, Inc. (NYSE: CNM) of substantially all its business assets. ARGCO Northeast LLC is a distributor of fire protection products and services for the New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania area.

The Lowndes team was led by Jim O’Brien and included Connor O’Brien, Andrew Kelly, and Matt O’Kane (Tax).
