Lowndes Advises Park Square Homes on Build-to-Rent Townhome Community in Ocoee

Lowndes is representing Park Square Homes, one of Central Florida's premier production and vacation homebuilders, whose affiliate is developing a 232-unit build-to-rent townhome community on the north side of Ocoee.

The project, known Kimaya Ocoee Village, will include 41 buildings located on a 24-acre site near the intersection of East Fullers Cross Road and North Lakewood Avenue.

Founded in Orlando in 1984, Park Square Homes has constructed thousands of homes in Orange, Osceola, Seminole, Lake, Polk, Pasco, Hillsborough and Manatee Counties. Kimaya Ocoee Village is the developer’s first build-to-rent community.

Lowndes attorneys Gary Kaleita and Matthew McMurtrey advised Park Square Homes on the land acquisition and project financing and are handling development matters.
