Lowndes Advises Reddy Hotels on Annexation for Three-hotel Site Near Orlando Airport

Lowndes provided zoning and land use counsel to Reddy Hotels for the annexation of 19 acres of land near the Orlando International Airport into the City of Orlando. Development plans for the property, located on Conway Road just north of the Beachline Expressway (S.R. 528), include a total of three hotels.

The first hotel, featuring five stories and 91 rooms, opened in late January 2020, and the second five-story hotel is currently under construction. Plans for the proposed third hotel are under review.

Lowndes attorney Jonathan P. Huels is representing Reddy Hotels in the annexation request.
