Lowndes Advises Tishman on $120 Million Acquisition of Wyndham Grand Orlando Resort Bonnet Creek Hotel

Lowndes represented New York-based Tishman Hotel Corporation in its $120.5 million acquisition of Wyndham Grand Orlando Resort Bonnet Creek, a 400-room hotel located in Bonnet Creek near Walt Disney World.

Set on 62 acres, the lakeside property features four restaurants, five pools, a full-service spa, a fitness center, mini-golf course, and 50,000 square feet of meeting and event space.

The Lowndes team which advised Tishman on the transaction was led by shareholder Rich Fildes and included shareholders Peter Lopez and Tara Tedrow, of counsel Patti Cook and David Peterson, and associate Logan Opsahl.
