Lowndes Advises USA Management Realty & Development on Mixed-use Building in Ocoee

Lowndes provided zoning and land use counsel to Orlando-based USA Management Realty & Development for the development of an urban-style, mixed-use building in Ocoee, Fla. The project, which is part of a master-planned development located near the intersection of Lake Johio and Silver Star Roads, was approved by the Ocoee City Commission on November 2, 2022.

More than 51,000 square feet in size, the three-story building will feature 42 high-end condominium units, and 11,000 square feet of commercial space on the ground floor. Construction is expected to begin by the first quarter of 2023.

Lowndes attorney Tara Tedrow, a shareholder in the firm’s Real Estate Transactions, Development, Land Use, Zoning & Environmental practices and chair of the Cannabis & Controlled Substances Group, represented USA Management Realty & Development during the approval process.
