Lowndes Attorneys Launch Practice-Focused Florida Land Use Course at University of Florida Levin College of Law
Lowndes is proud to announce that land use attorneys Tara Tedrow and McGregor Love have collaborated to develop and teach an innovative new law school course titled "Florida Land Use" at the University of Florida Levin College of Law. The inaugural semester of this compressed yet comprehensive curriculum took place at the campus of UF Law in Gainesville in January 2024.
Designed for law students interested in pursuing careers in land use law, the course is centered around the legal principles governing land use in Florida, and emphasizes practical knowledge and skills essential for everyday practice. Adjunct professors Tedrow and Love, both proud alumni of UF Law, bring a wealth of experience to the classroom, providing students with valuable insights into the evolving landscape of land use law in Florida.
