Lowndes represented Demetree Global in its $55.3 million acquisition of Hannibal Square, a prominent mixed-use property located in the heart of Winter Park, FL. The nine-building, 168,741-square-foot property includes 92,034 square feet of retail and office space and 103 residential units totaling 76,707 square feet.
Built between 1953 and 2009, the fully-leased property features boutiques, salons, popular restaurants, and office spaces. Located at multiple addresses on West New England Ave, as well as 402 West Welbourne Ave, Hannibal Square is within walking distance of Park Avenue/Downtown Winter Park and Rollins College.
Demetree Global plans to leverage Hannibal Square's prime location through selective renovations and operational enhancements, fostering local businesses and enhancing residential options in Winter Park.
