Lowndes Welcomes Maria Mason as Chief Operating Officer

Lowndes is pleased to announce that Maria Mason has joined the firm as chief operating officer. In this key leadership role, Mason will oversee all administrative and business functions, including finance, technology, human resources, facilities, communications, marketing and general operations.

Mason brings 25 years of legal management experience to Lowndes. She most recently served as business director of Greenberg Traurig's Austin, Texas, office. Her career includes leadership positions at law firms in Hawaii, Maine and Washington, D.C.

A Certified Legal Manager, Mason has been an active member of the Association of Legal Administrators for over two decades, serving in numerous leadership positions at both national and local levels. She holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from The Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C.
