Lowndes Welcomes Two New Associates

Lowndes is pleased to announce the addition of two new associates to the firm: Davis Dykes and Sean Klein.

Dykes is an attorney in the firm’s Real Estate Department. His practice focuses on assisting clients in the hospitality, real estate, sports, and entertainment industries with complex transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, development and finance, commercial leasing, and construction law matters. He earned his juris doctorate from The University of Alabama School of Law, where he was senior editor of the Law & Psychology Review, president of the Outlaw LGBTQ+ Alliance, and vice president of the International Law Students Association. He holds a bachelor’s degree in music from the University of South Carolina. 

Klein is an attorney in the firm's Land Use, Zoning, and Environmental Group. His work focuses on assisting property owners, developers, and lenders throughout Florida in navigating the complexities of land use regulations and zoning laws. Klein earned his juris doctorate from Stetson University College of Law, where he was a member of both the Stetson Law Review and the Stetson Business Law Review. He holds a bachelor's degree in finance from the University of Florida.
