Shareholder Eddie Francis Appointed to Heart of Florida United Way Board of Directors

Orlando, FL - Lowndes, Drosdick, Doster, Kantor & Reed, P.A. is pleased to announce that long-time Shareholder Eddie Francis has been elected to the Board of Directors of Heart of Florida United Way (HFUW), a non-profit organization that funds health and human service programs in the community.

Francis is a member of the firm's Real Estate practice, focusing on real estate transactions, development and finance, land use and zoning, commercial leasing, and representing clients before local government. Francis has extensive experience representing developers in all aspects - acquisition, due diligence, entitlements and zoning approvals, master planning and development, and finance - of office, retail, residential, hotel, senior living, and mixed-use projects. He also represents clients in the areas of sweepstakes, contests and promotions compliance, cell tower leasing and zoning, and multi-state/portfolio real estate transactions.
