Lowndes is pleased to announce that attorneys Julie Frey, Rebecca Rhoden, and Norma Stanley were recently recognized in the 2024 edition of Florida Trend’s Legal Elite™ Notable Women Leaders in Law.

The list features individuals who have been nominated and accepted following an editor's review, meeting criteria such as being in good standing with the Florida Bar and practicing law in Florida for at least 15 years. It has become increasingly selective, honoring exceptional women in the legal field who excel both professionally and beyond the workplace.

Frey is a shareholder and chair of the Private Wealth Services group. She is board certified by The Florida Bar in Wills, Trusts, and Estates. Her principal areas of practice are estate planning, probate, trust administration, guardianship, and elder law.

Rhoden focuses her practice on litigation and appeals, with a particular emphasis on land use litigation and issues involving the Fair Housing Act. 

Stanley is a shareholder, is board certified in Wills, Trusts & Estates by The Florida Bar and holds a Master of Laws in Taxation. She advises clients on estate planning, federal tax, probate, trust administration, guardianships and elder law.
