Three Lowndes Attorneys Promoted to Senior Associate
Orlando, FL – Lowndes is pleased to announce that attorneys Hallie Fisher, Adam Lewis, and Matt McMurtrey have been promoted to senior associate, effective immediately.
Fisher focuses her practice on real estate transactions, including leasing, financing, and development. In this role, she excels in helping clients figure out the nuances of how a large property operates from a title perspective, and assists her clients with all aspects of commercial real estate including the acquisition, disposition, financing, leasing, and management of commercial real estate. Fisher focuses her practice on restaurants, shopping centers, industrial parks, senior living facilities, and hospitality and leisure assets. She received her law degree from Duke University School of Law and holds both master’s and bachelor’s degrees in psychology from Duke University.
Lewis focuses on real estate transactions, real estate development, commercial finance and lending, commercial leasing, condominiums, business litigation, and title insurance. Specifically, Lewis is responsible for contract and lease negotiation and drafting, real estate acquisitions and dispositions, negotiation and structuring of credit facilities and review of title insurance matters. He represents clients in the acquisition, financing, development, and disposition of retail centers, hotels, golf courses and other resort related developments, industrial properties, office buildings, restaurants, retirement communities, shopping centers, and vacant land. Lewis has a law degree from the University of North Carolina, an LL.M. (Master of Laws) from Radboud University in The Netherlands, and a bachelor’s degree from East Carolina University.
McMurtrey focuses on all aspects of real estate including acquisitions, leasing, development and finance, with an emphasis on hospitality and leisure assets and senior living facilities. He routinely represents clients in the acquisition, disposition, leasing development and financing of hospitals, medical office buildings, senior living facilities, hotels and resorts, golf courses and marinas. McMurtrey received his bachelor’s degree in insurance from Middle Tennessee State University and his law degree from Stetson University College of Law.
