Diana is an associate in the firm’s Real Estate Group and Estate Planning Group. In the Real Estate Group, Diana works with real estate transactions, commercial leasing, development and finance. She assists with the acquisition, sale and leasing of commercial real estate, including single-family residential subdivisions, hospitality and leisure assets, and senior living facilities. In the Estate Planning group, Diana primarily practices estate planning, probate, and trust administration. Diana represents a myriad of clients, including high net worth individuals and entities, beneficiaries of trusts and estates, trustees, and small business owners.
Before moving to the United States, Diana practiced law in Colombia, South America, in the areas of civil law, administrative law, and human rights. Diana served for two years as the chief executive officer of a corporation which supervised approximately 21 transportation companies and 43 commercial establishments, and controlled the daily transportation of approximately 10,000 passengers. Diana was awarded the Medal University of Cauca, the highest distinction given to a law student by the University of Cauca, and graduated magna cum laude from Florida A&M University College of Law.
