Rasheem Johnson is an attorney in the firm’s Commercial Litigation Group. He focuses his practice on assisting clients statewide with complex business and commercial litigation matters. He also has experience in land use and zoning law, particularly having worked on entitling projects for commercial, residential, industrial, office, and mixed uses.
Prior to law school, Rasheem worked as a small business banker at Chase in New York, helping clients understand their business finance goals and potential solutions.
A native of Queens, New York, with a passion for screenwriting and films, Rasheem currently serves on the board of directors for the Orlando Repertory Theater, which produces professional theater shows for families and young audiences.
Rasheem earned his undergraduate degree cum laude from Brooklyn College and his law degree cum laude from the University of Florida Levin College of Law. While in law school, he received two Book Awards in constitutional law and evidence and also served on the UF Law Trial Team.
